Reservation Policies

  • For the reservation to be confirmed by sea, you must have the corresponding payment for the total amount, either by bank deposit or with a transfer up to 24 hours maximum.
  • If I do it with a credit card,
  • If you do not generate the payment within the indicated period, you will have to make a new quote subject to room availability and rate.
  • After making the payment, send the voucher to the reservation mail for the conformity of the area.
  • Separate information on the number of people to stay (adults and children).

Accommodation policies

  • CHECK-IN schedule: 3 p.m.
  • CHECK-OUT time: 12:00
    Present Identity Document of all the occupants of the room.
  • Prohibit the entry of food and drinks to hotels.
  • The entrance of animals to hotels is prohibited.
  • EARLY CHECKIN AND / OR LATE CHECK OUT requests are subject to an additional charge and must be requested directly at the hotels (subject to availability).
  • Minors must be accompanied by at least one of their parents.

Cancellation Policies

  • Cancellations made up to 15 days before the arrival date apply a penalty of 10% of the total reservation.
  • Cancellations made up to 05 days before the arrival date apply a penalty of 50% of the total reservation.
  • Cancellations made until the date of arrival includes a penalty of 100% of the total reservation.
  • In case of NO SHOW, a penalty of 100% of the reservation will be applied and the rooms will be available to the hotel.
  • The anticipation will be applied a penalty of 100% of the reservation and the rooms will be available to the hotel.
  • If the room is marked as non-cancelable, promotional, non-refundable or similar, a penalty of 100% applies regardless of the date you request the cancellation.
  • To change the date, it can only be done once per reservation, at least 15 days in advance and subject to availability.
  • The destination hotel has not been changed.

Travel policies are subject to changes of hotel, time of year or room type. You can review the specific policy that applies to the selected hotel during the reservation process.

Cancellations in high season and holidays:

New Year, Holy Week, National Holidays, holidays, holidays and dates designated by the hotels.

  • Cancellations of the mentioned dates are not subject to refund.
  • In case of early departure or NO SHOW, it is considered as cancellation and refunds are not applied.
